All our prescription lenses are crafted exclusively with ZEISS, the world leader in optical precision. We offer single-vision, progressive, reading lenses and blue-light blocking options.

To order your prescription glasses, simply choose your frame, click Select Lenses & Purchase, and upload or manually enter your prescription at checkout.

Our team verifies every order for accuracy, ensuring your ZEISS lenses are made to the highest standard before being shipped directly to you.

We offer free DHL Express shipping worldwide.

• Shipping to European Countries: delivery time of 2-3 business days.

• Shipping to the Rest of the World: delivery time of 3-7 business days.

If your order includes prescription lenses, additional processing time will be required:

• Reading Lenses: 1-2 extra business days

• Blue Light Blocking Lenses: 1-2 extra business days

• Zeiss Single Vision Lenses: 2-4 extra business days

• Zeiss Progressive Lenses: 5 extra business days

After arriving to its country destination, the delivery time can be altered depending on each country's customs procedures. Please be advised that any associated fees or duties imposed during this process are the responsibility of the recipient.

You are eligible for exchanging or returning your products if:

• You are within a period of 14 days after receiving the product.

• The product(s) and packing is in the same condition in which it was delivered and without any damage.

• You can provide a receipt or proof of payment and produce a valid identification card and/or proof of address.

• The product(s) you received have visible damages and are reported within a 48h period after the reception of your product. Photo evidence will be required for submission.

Please be advised that in case of a return request, a shipping cost of $23 will be deducted from the refund amount.

We’re unable to issue refunds on frames with custom-made lenses — including reading and blue-light — as each set of lenses is made to order for your specific prescription and measurements
