By using Lohause services and website you agree to our terms and conditions of use. Please read carefully before proceeding. 

By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to Lohause policies expressed in this document and to the processing of your individual information by the same, in matters related to our professional activity and in order to provide the best service to the user. Lohause will never share your personal information with third parties or use it in any situation that does not include the express customer benefit and economic activity, such as sharing your address with the post office so the product can be shipped. 

Electronic Communications

By using the Lohause services, you are communicating electronically with us. By accepting the terms you are authorising us to contact you through the different electronic means affecting our activity, including e-mail, messages via our website, facebook and instagram (when the latter two are the channels of communication chosen by the user to contact us). During electronic conversations with us, it is authorised to keep electronic copies of any documents or messages sent from us, as long they affect the user in question.

Copyright

All content on our website and means of promotion (including all social networks and means of physical disclosure) are not available for dissemination and propagation without the express written permission of Lohause. As a user of our services you are agreeing to respect the proprietary rights of Lohause and declaring that you understand that you are not authorised to disclose any proprietary content of Lohause without the authorisation of Lohause itself.

Your account

By using Lohause's services, you are responsible for keeping your account information confidential, as well as user data and passwords that you may use, by keeping your personal computer inaccessible from unwanted parts and accepting responsibility for any activity under your identity or account. To make purchases you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old. By accepting these terms you are declaring yourself as an adult with legal capacity to exercise and over the age of 18 (eighteen) years. Lohause also forbids the use of fraudulent accounts, including but not limited to tax, bank or identity fraud. If fraudulent activities are detected under the user's personal identity or account, Lohause reserves the right to terminate the user's account and to disclose the information contained there to the authorities that cover the spectrum of the crime committed, including the initiation of legal actions, if required by them. 

Comments, Reviews, Reviews, Communications and other content

In all communications carried out through the website or other available means of communication, the respect for all parties involved and common sense should always be present. Lohause will not tolerate comments, photos or any other content posted by its users that may be classified as defamatory, offensive, racist, xenophobic, sexual, privacy invasive of any citizen, obscene, illegal, or injurious in relation to third parties. It is also not allowed to spread and propagate any type of content that contains viruses, spam, political campaigns or other political propaganda, electronic messages to third parties that were not requested by the party or misleading in terms of personal identity or any entity at all, from the origin of the message or content, as well as the use of false and third-party emails. Lohause reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not evaluate and regularly scrutinise it for the sake of user privacy.

 Copyright Issues

Lohause respects the intellectual property of others. If you think your work or product has been copied then please contact us through our email with the title "Copyrights - Urgent". By using our service you are also committing to respect the copyright and intellectual property laws of both Portugal  and the country where the purchase is made.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased through Lohause, are subject to the shipping conditions. This means that any kind of risk passes to you from the moment it is delivered and accepted by you. Being, however, subject to the exchange policy.

Exchange & Return Policy

Lohause considers customer satisfaction to be one of its core values. For that reason, we offer an easy, quick and flexible return and exchange policy so you are comfortable with us every step of the way. You are eligible for exchanging or returning your products if:

• You are within a period of 14 days after receiving the product.
• The product(s) and packing is in the same condition in which it was delivered and without any damage.
• You can provide a receipt or proof of payment and produce a valid identification card and/or proof of address.

• The product(s) you received have visible damages and are reported within a 48h period after the reception of your product. Photo evidence will be required for submission.

• Please be advised that in case of a return request, a shipping cost of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount. For US orders shipped with our DDP service, please note that in the event of a return, the refund will have the 15% import tariff deducted. This tariff is paid to US customs upon delivery and is non-refundable, so we cannot recover it as part of the return process. We are unable to issue refunds on frames with custom-made lenses as they are specifically made to fit your unique needs and measurements. This includes reading and blue-light blocking lenses. We take great care in ensuring that each lens is precisely crafted to provide you with the best possible vision, and as such, we cannot resell or reuse them. We understand that refunds may be a standard policy for some products, but the nature of custom-made lenses makes them a special case. We appreciate your understanding and are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding our policies.

 Product Descriptions

Lohause tries to make all descriptions of its products as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that we will not be subject to human error, so we can not guarantee that the product description is 100% accurate, complete, current, or error-free. If the description of a product is not accurate, the only patch, compensation and possible action to take is to return the product to us in the original conditions and to choose another product for exchange.

 Prices

Lohause reserves to itself the right to choose and modify the prices of its products. Not guaranteeing to practice the prices that the buyer intends in the case of purchase based on outdated information or discounts that are no longer available at the purchasing time. However, we will try to do everything to ensure customer satisfaction in relation to any problem of incorrect information affecting the price. If your order undergoes customs clearance, it may experience additional processing time as determined by the customs authorities in the destination country. Please be advised that any associated fees or duties imposed during this process are the responsibility of the recipient. For specific details on the status and potential charges related to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office. It's important to note that we are unable to influence or expedite the customs clearance process, as it is governed by the regulations of the destination country.
